All Things Email is a series of 21 short videos (2-4 minutes) structured around three topics: increasing email effectiveness, earning a quality email reputation, and getting things done through best practices. Each topic includes 5 to 10 videos in which Audrey clearly explains concepts, shortcuts, and action steps your employees can put into place on Monday morning. Best of all, the brief format means they will never be bored—or tempted to check email while watching!
