You may or may not think to use color-coding when it comes to segmenting information within Outlook. But in the event you do, it is a strategic way of recognizing specific items in your Inbox.
This tutorial video will show you three different types of emails that you might want to color-code:
- Those coming from a specific person
- Those in which you are the only recipient on the TO line, thus taking higher priority over others and getting your attention faster
- Those containing a keyword either in the subject line or in the body of text
