More stress at home than at work

A new study from researchers at Penn State University found that there are higher levels of stress hormones in individuals while at home versus at work. The study speculated that home is where we recover from our days, which are often stress-filled while at work. And when we bring that stress home with us, only to add it to what’s going on at home, well…you get the picture.

This article made me think of a person’s three basic needs:
1. Food
2. Shelter
3. Clothing
