We’ve all had those sluggish moments while sitting at our desk or in a boring meeting, and we feel as if we could very easily go into a very deep sleep. Complete with drooling and snoring!
Today’s Productivity Pointer shares two ways that I increase my energy level when I’m feeling sluggish or tired.
- Get some type of exercise.
- Engage in Cyberloafing.
