2 Ways to Get More Energy Today

We’ve all had those sluggish moments while sitting at our desk or in a boring meeting, and we feel as if we could very easily go into a very deep sleep. Complete with drooling and snoring!

Today’s Productivity Pointer shares two ways that I increase my energy level when I’m feeling sluggish or tired.

  1.  Get some type of exercise.
  2. Engage in Cyberloafing.
