Each year, I set aside one weekday as my Annual Pajama Day, usually in the midst of holiday stress and busyness. I carve out this day for relaxing activities like puzzles or movies accompanied by tea and dark chocolate, all while in pajamas, of course! This year, I was joined by my daughter, daughter-in-law, and youngest grandson, too!
I’ve been keeping this tradition for over ten years, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. It seems so many of you also benefit from pressing pause and catching your breath, and I am delighted to see the Pajama Day catch on with others! Many of you schedule your Pajama Day during any chaotic season, not just the holidays.
